Posture Rx programs
Every program follows the same method: Move. Fire. Lock It In. Mobilize what's stuck, activate what's weak, then strengthen the new pattern so it holds.
Program length is prescribed after your exam, typically 8 to 16 weeks, based on how many areas are involved and how long the problem has been present. Every program includes a custom phased rehab and mobility program with video guidance, the Mindset Mastery program, built-in re-evaluations, and direct access to Dr. Leighton. Payment plans are available.
What's included in treatment
Functional Movement Assessment: tests how your whole body moves to find the compensation pattern behind your pain.
Posture analysis: a visual report of how your posture is loading your spine and joints.
Soft tissue therapy: Active Release Technique (ART), PNF stretching, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and cupping.
Chiropractic adjustments: to restore motion in restricted joints.
Corrective exercise rehab: a phased home program that moves from mobility, to motor control and stability, to strength under load.
Mindset Mastery program: habit and stress-management tools that help results last.

Frequently asked questions
What is a root-cause chiropractor? A root-cause chiropractor looks for why your body is compensating, not just where it hurts. At The Posture Place, that means a movement assessment first, then a plan that combines hands-on care with corrective exercise.
How is posture correction different from regular chiropractic care? Regular chiropractic care often focuses on adjustments for relief. Posture correction adds soft tissue work and progressive rehab exercise so the muscles that hold your posture get stronger and the change lasts.
How long does posture correction take? Most patients complete an 8, 12, or 16-week program. The length depends on how many areas are involved and how long the problem has been present.
Do you take insurance? No. The Posture Place is a cash-based practice, which lets us spend full visits with you and build care around your goals instead of insurance limits. Payment plans are available.
Will I need to keep coming back forever? No. Every program has an end date. The goal is to fix the problem and give you the tools to maintain it yourself.
Is the first visit really free? Yes. The Discovery Visit is free, with no obligation.
